14km four-lane expressway and shared path linking Tauranga and Omokoroa. Manihera is assisting negotiations between affected landowners and NZTA.
Ōtaki to North Levin - NZTA
24 km four-lane expressway to replace current State Highway 1 between Otaki and Levin. Manihera is currently involved in this project, assisting negotiations between many of the affected landowners and NZTA.
Auckland Light Rail Mass Transit - Auckland Transport
New rail corridor linking Auckland City to Auckland Airport and to Botany. Manihera was involved in the Auckland Transport business case leading the property strategy.
Raglan Waste Water - Waikato District Council
Landowner negotiation support with Waikato District Council for the purchase of land.
